Scope
The Bachelor’s of Architecture program is an intriguing mix of science and art, it thus opens new avenues in all fields requiring a scientific attitude and/or an artistic bent of mind. Apart from becoming a practicing Architect and working individually or in a team on various projects, the students can upgrade specific skill sets and open up options and opportunities of careers in a plethora of fields after graduation. Having a scientific approach and a creative mind, the Architecture Graduates have been known to excel in the following fields:
CORE ARCHITECTURE-Students can opt for becoming a practicing Architect, Associate Architect, Architectural Apprentice, Project Manager, Architectural Designer, Structural Designer, Site supervisor etc.
ARCHITECTURAL MENTORSHIP-Graduates can go into academics and become Architectural Faculties, Professors, Research Scholars and Teaching Assistant.
SOFTWARE- Architects with an inclination towards interaction and generative design can become UI/UX Designers, Graphic Designers, Digital Architects, Virtual Designers, App Developers etc.
VISUAL COMMUNICATION-Graduates can become Visualisers, Vloggers, Promotional Designers and many more.
Eligibility
School of architecture offers an undergraduate course: B.Arch (Bachelors of Architecture) which is a 5 year course.
Candidates should have passed 12th standard or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with either Chemistry or Biology or Technical Vocational subject or Computer Science or Information Technology or Informatics Practices or Engineering Graphics or Business Studies with at least 45% marks in aggregate or passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 45% marks in aggregate.
Candidates should have a qualified NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) or JEE (Paper-II) compulsorily.
NATA is conducted by the Council of Architecture (COA) yearly.
JEE -Paper II (B.Arch) conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) yearly.

Admission Process
Admission in B.Arch (Bachelors of Architecture) in Madhya Pradesh is through Directorate of Technical Education (DTE).
The Admission is on the basis of merit and eligibility fulfilment of the candidate for 12th and Entrance exams (NATA or JEE-Paper II)
